How To Prepare Spaghetti

Simple steps on how to prepare a delicious spaghetti
250 g Spaghetti (80 g per person)
5 Cherry Tomatoes, sliced in half
1 kg of Manila Clams, wash in clean water
4 tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil(grand nuts oil)
4 cloves of Garlic, sliced thinly
2-3 pc Chili Padi, sliced thinly and remove seeds
100ml of White Wine
4 tablespoons of chopped Italian Parsley
Boil 3 Litres water with sea salt and add in spaghetti for 10mins until al dente and drain water out
Add 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil to pan and put in sliced garlic to stir-fry until light gold and add in cherry tomatoes for 2 mins then add sliced chili padi to stir-fry for 10-15 seconds
Add in washed clams and cover the pan for 2 mins and add in white wine to continue stir-frying until all the clams opened
Sprinkle the Italian parsley onto the clams and add in the drained spaghetti to stir-fry for 1 min.
Plate and enjoy!
